Let’s be real. Pi Day isn’t just for the math nerds. It’s for anyone who loves an excuse to eat pizza, drink cold beer, and pretend we’re all Einstein for a day. Whether you actually know the digits of pi past 3.14 or you just like the sound of a day dedicated to circles, we’ve got you covered at Cogans Pizza in Ghent and Cogans Pizza in North Colley.
The Only Formula You Need: Pizza + Beer = Happiness
You don’t need a calculator to figure this one out. Pi Day at Cogans is all about throwing back some slices and washing them down with a cold Hank’s Trader Lager, brewed just for us by our buddies at Wasserhund Brewing. It’s an easy-drinking helles lager that pairs perfectly with a cheesy, saucy, straight-out-of-the-oven Cogans pie. But don’t take our word for it. Stop by and put the theory to the test.
Hungry for More? We’ve Got Specials All Day
Sure, Pi Day is an excuse to eat pizza, but let’s not forget the other good stuff happening at Cogans. If you swing by before 5pm, you can grab a Cogans Box Lunch for just $6.99. That’s a double-slice of pepperoni or cheese, five garlic knots, and sauce. Dine-in or take it to go, your call.
Happy Hour runs from 11am-7pm, Monday through Friday, with $2.75 domestics, $3.75 well drinks, and $1 off all other drafts, bottles, and liquors. Cocktails and pitchers aren’t included, but trust us, there’s plenty to go around. And if you roll in on Friday, we’re throwing in $1 off desserts and $4 seltzers from 4-7pm.
Come Get Your Slice of the Action
You don’t have to be a math geek to appreciate the beauty of Pi Day. You just have to like pizza, beer, and a good time. So grab your friends, roll into Cogans Pizza in Ghent or North Colley, and let’s make 3.14 the best excuse yet to stuff our faces. Let us know what you think about the Hank’s Trader Lager while you’re at it. See you at Cogans.
