The Kitchen Manager responsibilities include ensuring efficient kitchen operation, as well as maintaining high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need management skills and and advanced experience in back of house operations.

The Kitchen Manager will hire qualified Pizza Cooks, Saute Cooks, Line Cooks, and Prep Staff, will set team work schedules, will oversee food prep, and will make sure we comply with health and safety restaurant regulations.

We’ll expect you to lead by example and uplift our staff during busy moments in our fast-paced environment. Ultimately, you will ensure our restaurant kitchen runs smoothly and customers have pleasant dining experiences.

The Kitchen Manager must have basic computer skills being able to use Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and OneDrive daily.

The Kitchen Manager must have reliable transportation. Don’t call us if you don’t.

The Kitchen Manager must be able to close the restaurant at 2am and maintain responsibility until all employees have clocked out and exited the property. Don’t call us if you can’t.
